Nursing & Personnal Care
Our nursing care is provided to all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have a registered staff member (RN/RPN) on duty at all times. The Registered Staff are supported by a team of personal support workers (PSWs) who provide assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, toileting and eating. We strive to provide individualized care to every resident.
Residents and families are encouraged to be partners in care with our team members. We recognize the value of family and strive to promote continued connection between residents and families. Families can ease the transition of their loved one into long-term care by providing information about their loved one’s life before joining our community, being an active participate in the resident’s care planning, being a presence in the Home through visiting, having meals with their loved ones, attending recreational programs, and/or participating on our Family Council.
